DMCA Policy
(Digital Millennium Copyright Act)
1. Introduction
Jasa Merek respects intellectual property rights and is committed to handling claims of copyright infringement in a professional, transparent, and responsible manner.
This policy is modeled on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), widely recognized as the international standard for addressing digital copyright infringement. Although Jasa Merek operates in Indonesia, we follow this framework as a matter of best practice within the global hosting and online services industry.
It outlines how to file a copyright infringement report, known as a DMCA Notice, how we review and act on such reports, and the counter notice process available to anyone whose content has been affected.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Content published on the official Jasa Merek website
- Content stored, uploaded, or published through Jasa Merek services
- Content managed by users or customers of Jasa Merek
Jasa Merek does not claim ownership of content belonging to its users. That said, we reserve the right to take appropriate action whenever a claim of copyright infringement arises, in line with this policy and applicable law.
