4. Filing a DMCA Notice

  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  3. The exact URL or location of the content you believe infringes your rights
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate
  6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf

Notices that are incomplete or missing any of the elements above may be rejected, or returned with a request for additional information before we proceed further.

5. Submitting a DMCA Notice

6. How We Handle Reports

Once we receive a valid DMCA Notice, Jasa Merek may take the following steps:
  • Review the report internally
  • Remove or disable access to the reported content
  • Notify the user or content owner involved
  • Take any further action deemed necessary under our internal policies and applicable law
We typically complete our initial review of a valid report within 1 to 3 business days, depending on how complex the case is.

7. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or through misidentification, you may submit a counter notice that includes:
  1. Your full name and contact details
  2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, along with its location before removal
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court under applicable law
  5. Your physical or electronic signature
Valid counter notices will be processed in accordance with DMCA provisions and standard industry practice.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Under certain circumstances, and based on our own internal review, Jasa Merek may suspend or terminate service for users found to have repeatedly infringed copyright.

9. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting a false, misleading, or bad faith DMCA Notice is considered misuse of this process. Anyone filing a report is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the claims they make.Jasa Merek reserves the right to reject a report or take other action under applicable law if we find any indication of DMCA misuse.
